Coming from Las Vegas \u003e Honolulu \u003e Manila \u003e Laoag City \u003e Bacarra. THIS IS THE BEST EMPANADA I'VE HAD!! I looked them up on Google and this was the first Facebook result so I had check it out myself in Bacarra! I had the longanisa special. It was crispy and delicious . Only thing I can say bad about it was is too oily to handle. 11/10
