Excellent service from Babythingz. Speedy, straightforward & friendly. I had not heard of them before but they came up in a Google search when I was trying to find a particular cot I wanted. All the other well known retailers were either pricier or could only offer the cot on pre-order for one months time (which was no good to me). So I decided to take a chance with this one, and I'm glad I did. The cot was cheaper than other stores, the online ordering was easy and fuss free and my delivery came within 48 hours and everything is in good condition. Staff are friendly too and my emails were answered very fast. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for baby gear.

I ordered a cot too changing system from babythingz and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately it had a tiny bit of shipping damage but nothing that bothered me or affected the use. I reported it to babythingz and despite saying I was happy they insisted on replacing the scuffed part. Absolutely top service sand makes me a very happy customer
They were excellent. I can fully recommend them. Having had a bit of a nightmare with another company where they failed to deliver, Babythingz were a breath of fresh air and delivered our buggy within 2 days to London. Have no concerns about recommending this company.
