They were absolutely fantastic and great customer service when I was having trouble ordering online, they were able to check what had gone through and hadn't. Really smooth and easy process and prompt delivery with the best price available online!

Would highly recommend this company. Such friendly and helpful staff. I brought my travel system from them and they were about to show me out it worked and even fitted the carseat into my car for me. Ive recently brought the next carseat up and again so helpful and answered all my questions. Was even able to have it delivered to my house in such quick timing. Thank you again Baby 2000

This shop is a great asset to Portsmouth. This is the only nursery store in the area with an amazing choice of pushchairs, car seats and other baby items. The staff are super friendly and helpful without being overbearing and pushy. I have always recommended them as they always help to suggest pushchairs that would be best suited to you, not just the ones they want to clear! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car seats as the advice here is so much better than anywhere else I've been! 10/10 all around

Many thanks for sorting out my daughters issue, she is very pleased with her replacement pram. I hope you are never supplied with a faulty device from the manufacturer again because your shop has so mu h to offer new parents etc. Again many thanks

Simply the best! Can't fault this lovely little store. It's much bigger inside that you'd expect and they have something for everyone!
