My experience is that customer service is not really willed to inform you about delivery of your product. I had to ask a couple of times about my product and always they were telling me a new date, that date then nothing happened. Instead of informing clients about delays or whatever they wait for customer to come and to tell him something else then. When fjordsen was telling me my tent is in production i actually thought part of production is assembling of the tent. Thats why I was suprised to receive 4 boxes after it finally got shipped. They never communicated somewhere that I have to assemble the tent. Nevertheless it is usually fun to assemble something you re using afterwards. During the process i noticed how many things could be improved by glueing components to save weight, reduce noise etc. Afterwards I have to say that the quality of the base is not the quality you expect in that price segment. The inflatable part is really cool. At the end of the day for that price there are competitors doing a better job. There for the difference of the price a mattress is included and tent is delivered ready to use and not in four boxes :)
