We're do I start with this school, I approached this school to do an intensive course for a full motorcycle licence, I spoke to a lady by the name of Lilly who re assured me that this was the right school to do my licence and promised me a pass rate of 93%. However on my first day it was a nightmare from the get go, I was greeted by an instructor who goes by the name of Danny who was extremely unprofessional from the get go. After being greeted by Danny who proceeded by asking me for my documents and started to make fun of my documents and the way I was dressed. Later on in the same day he proceeded to make indirect racist remarks about were I was from. During my training he would continue to make fun of me through my ear peace. I spent almost a thousand pounds in total and expected a professional service, this was not the case, I proceeded to make a complaint to the Honda school of motorcycle who done nothing about the situation, I would highly advise anyone to not attend this school for any training the staff is extremely unprofessional and have no manners what so ever with who they are dealing with do not be conned for your money. There is many schools in Exeter who I'm sure can provide a much better service.
