Reliable, helpful and friendly. I have used B&G cleaning and their equipment for many years now and they and their equipment have proven to be reliable on almost every occasion. I am sure they will admit to being only human and limited sometimes by the supply chain that feeds them. They are very versatile in their approach and are happy to work on providing a bespoke solution to a problem rather than just selling a boxed unit, if the need arises. Sometimes they need reminding that you are waiting for a price, but this is usually down to a large demand at that time. If there are problems they are usually first to admit this and work with you on a resolution. Give them a go and see how they work is all I can say.

During Co vid 19 this business gave VERY helpful and discussed the best products to use and these products were delivered within a week safe and sound. The item recommend was just Prefect!!!! Not too heavy and gives a great ‘fog’ nice and fine prefect for our needs. Helpful and great service would highly recommend

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Hired a steam cleaner from B&G in October, the specs seem to match much more expensive systems that can be difficult to self-hire. The machine turned out to be prototype - there is supposedly one in existence that they've created themselves. From the moment I got the machine it didn't work, would cut out and no chance of any steam from it. Engineer was sent out and sorted it (who I'll add was great) - apparently bits of the boiler break off and get stuck in the valves!? Following this had a good few hours using the machine, until...pressure would constantly drop, had to turn it off every 5 minutes and restart. In the end I had enough of the constant issues and took it back to the depot. Contacted B&G a few days later to be told a report was being put together and they'd be in contact - this went on for weeks. Finally got in contact to tell me there was o fault found\ and any chance of having the machine back for the time owed or some sort of refund wasn't possible. Paid for a weeks hire and had all of 2 hours use out of it. My advice - save your money and hire proper kit from a well known manufacturer rather than dealing with prototypes crafted from bits of old equipment that's sat in the workshop.

Excellent customer services, dropped my Karcher pressure washer off for repair, They have fixed it the next day. Extremely honest and straightforward. Thank you guys we will do business again.
