Bcm funeral service was excellent. From my first phone call and all the way through Vicky and Jane were brilliant a great support and so helpful. Victoria who was with us on day of service was so helpful and lovely. Kevin the celebrant gave a really nice service. Thank you all for making everything a little bit easier for us and again from the bottom of my heart thank you. Bcm has a brilliant team of people and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding. The team were just fabulous I couldnt have asked for anything more. They took the reigns and done everything for me making it one less thing for me worry out. Jayne and her compassionate nature I will forever be grateful and Mike with his honesty and respectful nature. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you all so much for giving my mum a lovely send off.
I can not put into words the work BCM did for us as a family, making the already very difficult and emotional conditions with the loss of both our Mum and Dad by easing the sadness, they were so compassionate and professional, it made the entire process bearable. Our family could not recommend BCM Funeral Services more highly. We wanted a small family business because we hoped for a more personal touch and this is what BCM achieved. From the initial point of contact on the first phone call through to after the funeral they provided a first class service. Being a small firm we were communicating with the same small team throughout, which during a traumatic time made all the difference for us. The team at BCM were empathetic and sensitive whilst being efficient in a low key way. They took a huge amount of stress out of the arrangements by being gentle and understated especially when reminding us about decisions that needed to be made (and helping us through them). We were very grateful to see the same faces at the funeral as we had throughout and they took the trouble to add in some very tender and thoughtful touches during the funeral which were very much appreciated. They were impeccable in every respect from beginning to end and clearly took enormous pride in ensuring that our loved one had a dignified, individual and respectful send off.
Would definitely recommend BCM, they have been amazing arranging my brother in law’s funeral. They are very compassionate and supportive people, would especially like to thank Jane, Michael and Kevin for supporting us through out the process.
