I can only comment on their customer service, as I never received my order. Poor online service. Summer wheels and tyres ordered on May 7, online system continued to say 'en cours de traitement' up until May 18, when I contacted Rupteur by Whatsapp to ask what was happening. I was told that wheels I had ordered were not in stock, and that they had phoned me several times to tell me this. I checked my phone records and had one missed call from them, and no message was left. There was no other indication, e.g. via email, to tell me about this stockage issue. I then asked for a refund via Whatsapp, and in fairness this was offered - or the option of choosing other wheels. I then asked about another set from Platin that was also available to buy on their website – was then told these were also out of stock. In fact, although they were (as of May 19) offering 5 different wheel types from Platin in the 15” size, they told me that only one style was available. So why sell things online that you don't have that in stock?! I'm from the UK and this would count as terrible online and customer service. Indeed, most companies in such a position would at least apologize for the inconvenience, suggest viable alternatives or even offer a slight discount. Not here. Disappointing, and surprising – as I read their many positive online Google reviews before ordering. In sum, I am a reasonable person and by no means a difficult customer. I would hope this is an isolated incident, but I won't do business with them again, and will buy elsewhere. Two stars, because they at least processed my refund quickly. Thank you, at least, for that.

Edit: Now it is solved. Miguel contacted me and after discussions I received the correct wheels I'd purchased. So far a very bad experience. They sent me wrong wheels and I cannot talk to anyone over the phone to solve my problem. The person says that the owner, Miiguel, is going to call me but he doesn't.
