The old ladies were too rude, just because I wasn't properly speaking Portuguese, although I was trying my best to explain in Portuguese what I wanted. They knew English, and One Lady said, i don't speak English, you live here so you better speak Portuguese. I was shocked, I went there with my small baby, I was already panic, and they made me almost cry. Anyway but then there was a young Lady in the same office, I went to her and she finally finished my work, 2 stars are only for that Lady. Overall stressful experience.

Almost a year ago, March 2019, we applied for a social grant to aide my Dad who had cancer and heart issues and Mom who need assistance of a carer. While they approved my Mom, and still havent paid anything almost a year later, they declined my Dad who sadly passed away on 20th Jan 2020. How pathetic are these decision makers!! Seems their Book of Complaints, also gets ignored by authorities. What is the point of this book then? So many complaints and nothing gets done. They should get their act together. Their counter service however, is adequate.
