Cant thank Pcs Ayrshire Pet Crematorium enough, very professional and they helped made the process go smoothly at this hard time. They showed sympathy towards us and really understood the heartache we have losing out pet pooch Franco.

My beloved boy was cremated at PCS Irvine 3 wks ago . My son and I wanted to say goodbye to him . Maxine The lovely receptionist explained the family room was closed however she offered us to come to the crematorium and we could be there at the end of his journey.She arranged for us to be there at the time of his cremation we knew the rules and were prepared to stay in car park . She was really kind and helpful. She called to tell us Khan was ready for collection . She presented him in a lovely box with wee flowers. Unfortunately the same can not be said about her manager Karen . She was very rude and unwelcoming . She abruptly told us we were the first visitors since March. She did not wear a mask, but was telling us about social distancing . She was very rude and showed no compassion. I would never recommend Irvine. Choose another crematorium with staff who show compassion to you and your beloved pet at a time when it’s the least you deserve .
I did think it's quite impersonal as you can't go in especially when you're so upset but obviously that's the way things are these days so just have to accept it. They did go above and beyond to help me and I have no complaints and I would certainly recommend.
I don't see the part in your brochure or small print where it says that \after your pet is cremated it is then loaded into a van and left outside of our employees home address for a few days with the van being UNLOCKED for the local crack head to gain access to and steal your pets remains. After your pet is stolen we will then refuse to answer any simple questions you may have as to why this has happened
If I could put no stars I would: keep well away as they have no compassion or empathy for you or your BELOVED pet disaster from start to finish they even got her name wrong I have no words
