Kathleen and her team have been great in helping us set up a holiday home. They have managed to get bookings in at a very difficult time and people renting are giving great reviews on the cleanliness and quality or management her team are providing me. Communication is excellent with me as the landlord. Thank you to them all.

Rented a house in West Kilbride in between house moves in 2020. Kathleen and the team were helpful in all aspects, and extremely understanding when there was a delay in starting the tenancy due to lockdown!

The home I rented from them was below standard. Rough casting cracking and letting water and dampness into the home. Garden was turning into a landslide. Rotten floor boards due to water damage. Reported those faults and constantly chasing them up on any updates of repairs in the 2 years I was there and nothing got done. I ended up moving because it was becoming a health issue. I would not recommend anyone to rent a home from them. Stay clear.
