I was in hospital for 10 day's with covid and underlying conditions.From entry until discharge I witnessed staff being used by the general public as personal servants in the very difficult covid conditions that were in place.I commend all the staff from the housekeeping right through to the doctor's on the professional service that they provided. The meals are adequate and healthy and tasty at all meals. I can understand how staff are disallusioned having to work with agency staff on double or triple their wages and if they go over the 371/2 hrs contracted theirs rate is cut.In these difficult times surely that can be looked at.I was in a ward where there was 90yr old to 60s and found humour and helping out to alleviate the pressure on the staff was helpful to my recovery.

My family and I would like to thank the staff of the Combined Assessment Unit for the outstanding medical care and the exemplary palliative care given on Station 8 to our Mum (Gran) just before Christmas. All staff members were caring, courteous and respectful at all times. Special mention to Michelle and Lisa of Station 8 who were particularly attentive at a very difficult time. Many thanks.
All I wanted was a map layout of the various departments. After 45 minutes I gave up.
A special thanks to everyone at Station 11 where I recently had a full knee replacement. There is a clear sense of teamwork in the station. Staff were friendly, helpful and provided such an excellent standard of care and treatment throughout the day and night. Now, I'm feeling good and I'm well on my way to recovery. Thank you so much!
