Carlo’s dedicates yoga studio is a wonderful place to practise yoga regardless of where you are on the ability spectrum. Carlo and Vhairi teach in a manner that makes you feel safe and supported. The benefits, both physical and mental, are amazing. I love the flexibility of the online booking system and there are lots of classes to choose from.
Started about a year ago just to keep moving. Now I wonder why didn’t do it before. I really like Carlo”s clases and patience. Highly recommended
My friend invited me along to Carlos' online class this morning, and it was just what I needed, Carlos is welcoming and friendly and made the class very enjoyable. I will be coming again! Thank you :-)
