I can't recommend ML William's Funeral Directors highly enough. I've used them twice, most recently for the funeral of my father. They really did everything to ensure that the pressure of organising every aspect of the funeral was taken off the family. The staff, especially Mark Duthie, couldn't have been more attentive, kind and supportive. They were remarkably efficient, responding quickly to phone calls and ensuring that every wish was catered for. I can't imagine that you'd get a better service anywhere else.
