Although there is a wide variety of items on display, the effects of Staff members lack of real knowledge on the items on sale is disappointing, there is also a continued drive by staff to promote certain brands whilst actively misinforming customers on the details of competitive brands, I can only assume to get a higher commission for promoting one brand over the merits of others! I continually hear when visiting staff members rubbishing certain brand names and encouraging sales to premium brands such as Apple! The staff simply can't be trusted to give accurate, qualified, and unbiased information on goods, in particular computing equipment, and mobile phones. You'll probably find a cheaper deal online, and be able to research the facts of items rather than the commission orientated sales pitches of unqualified staff. Good if you want to physically see an item, unless it's a Microsoft Surface which this store doesn't stock, and actively discourages the sale of, but look, touch, and then walk away from this store, you'll feel far better for doing it.

Although the member of staff I dealt with spoke with confidence on the subject I was fed false information. I bought some Phillips hue bulbs to be controlled by my Alexa as advised by staff, now after fitting them I found out these bulbs require a hub as a base before Alexa can control them. Now I'm either out of pocket 55.98 worth of smart bulbs for nothing or I have to shell out another 50 on top of this just to buy one of these hubs. I wished I'd never bothered now, I can't return the bulbs as they've been fitted. Thanks for costing me me an extra 50odd \107 Phil\. Advice for the future, if you don't know something tell the customer or seek assistance from someone who does, don't lie to make a sale...
