Absolutely disgusting the way I was treated from customer care to the staff the front door. Traveled 22 miles to be told I could not purchase the tv with my bank card or cash,it seems that the shop work off a different Web from customer care so had to go home (22 miles) go on my laptop and ordered it to come to my address tomorrow. Not a bit off common sense just can't help you so cheers for the 44 mile tip

Very Unhelpful staff. Offer a price promise with a ridiculous amount of contingencies. Would strongly question if the negative reviews matter to them or indeed are noticed by anyone in Currys senior management? I Had spoken with the store manager when in - branch deeply unhelpful ill informed and unwilling to help at all - offered no resolution to the issue and suggested I \just leave it\ even after I expressed that I was willing to buy product. would expect to hear from someone at currys to resolve as would remain loyal to the brand but certainly not this store avoid at all costs. WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE

I was in there 30 minutes trying to buy a cooker for my father inlaw. 1 member of staff and about 6 different customers needed serving. The whole 30 minutes were spent on him showing a customer how to use a vacuum cleaner! I left and bought online much better.

Visited today to buy a laptop for college. Absolutely shocking customer service in fact none! Got told they would send someone over to us, 15 mins later no one. Approach again, same dialogue. 10 mins pass and I share my frustration to be told we are busy! 4 other customers present in shop! Laptop wasn’t available, so why is it on display?? No stock in UK, why displayed on website???
