Evidently we're rating doctors now. This being so I would describe this practice very simply...I have never once in 50 years doubted this surgeries' complete commitment to my health and needs. Thank you.
Reception staff always very helpful. No complaints with any of the Doctors past and present.
Tried to resolve an issue with the prescribing team yesterday & told the practice manager how low the team were making me feel, her response was to tell me if I didn't like it, leave. Completely shocked at yesterdays events as until then I had Complete faith in the practice & it had been one of the best surgeries I'd attended. Been left devastated by what unfolded with the practice manager, my advice is, its a great surgery with great doctors, just don't raise a concern with the practice manager, unless you want to be asked to leave for something that was their mistake in the first place
