I dropped off a friends car as it had many faults and had not been valeted when first collected. Took me 1hr and 10 mins to drop a car off and pick up a courtesy car. On delivery of the car back, all faults had been corrected, but the \Valet\ was of dubious quality. Pictures are included to show the quality of the valet carried out. I then had to spend 3.5 hrs valeting the car to a presentable standard. This is the third car I've had to re-valet and remove scratches and scuffs from that have been sold by your dealership. Not acceptable . I have also included the after pictures of the two other cars I've had to re-valet from your dealership.
I have just purchased a beautiful 2013 Mazda MX5 from this branch. When I saw the car on the Arnold Clark website I rang the Ayr Ford branch and spoke to Stuart Alexander who had knowledge about the car and he produced a fab video of the car which he then emailed. Stuart was honest that their were two small spots of rust inside the boot above the lights which he promised would be repaired. The car was transported to my local click and collect branch in Wolverhampton. My wife and I have bought numerous cars of the years from various Arnold Clark branches. I would like to say a huge thank you to Stuart for your help during the buying process.

Excellent service from Stewart A and Harry M. Even during these times of lockdown, still managed to deliver us a great car, hassle free, nearly 4 hours away! Car is fantastic - better than expected if anything!! Thanks guys!
