Brilliant place to drop into for a coffee or have lunch for 3quid. Has so many different facilities. Always someone to talk with if thats what you need. Lovely friendly workers.

Amazing staff and people, great home made lunches only 1.70
Offer support for anyone with poor mental health. Activities and 3 course lunch served. Weekends are without activities/groups to offer the more introverted person a couple days to attend. Very unique and casual place. Would highly recommend if you want some support without the usual clinical environment.
They we're not helpful at all. Too much work load I think but I was made to feel like a fraud.
A brilliant place if you need support for your mental health. The staff are amazing.
