i have been using them for many years and have not had any problem with them. They let me know what wrong with caravan and tell me the most urgent job need doing and give me a price to fix. there prices are not to high as well .

Took my van in for the spring offer service and wash - use van regularly and service should have cost approximately 150. Couple of little bits I asked them to look at - dripping shower tap and broken strut on fire. New wheel bearing needing replacing (was ok with that) The fridge display apparently was broken (although had worked fine prior to service). Cost of service 650!! Next trip out I discovered the shower tap had been looked at but left swivelling and not sealed, fridge display was left wobbling and now I had no hot water on gas - which had also worked prior to service. The water tank had also been left full of water from the service. Took it back to them and PCB board on water heater cost me another 70. My fire has since started to work loose and I discovered they had hacksawed it off to remove it and screwed it back on. Now falls off regularly. Then I had to have the fridge serviced due to gas fumes a few months later (by another service company) The electric box behind the fridge had not been fitted back on and was hanging - the fridge itself hadn't been replaced level and was held in situ by only one screw!! They don't answer phone or reply to emails and have been closed every time I have visited. Needless to say I will never use them again and still trying to locate a new front cover for my fire.
I store my caravan here. Security is very good. Staff know what they are doing and are good at it. Great place, great people
