Very efficient to book, prompt call back and swift collection date given. The collection team are, always, super cheery and get on with the job without fuss despite a very difficult and steep site. Thoroughly emptied and cleaned around the tank and hosed down mud dragged over driver. If only all businesses were this good!

Generally, we are happy with the service, especially with the CSG drivers. The reason for deducting one star is the fact that we had to chase for a collection date, which we didn't have to in the past and expected more having received an email to say that the collection was due soon. A bit disappointing, even allowing for lockdown issues.

Overall good friendly service; have been with CSG for 5 years and they have provided a good service at a reasonable price. A couple of times they have cancelled at the last minute and I had to rebook.
