I picked up my used Mini Clubman this week, we are deliighed with our lovely car. I was greated by James Kerr, he was the ultimate proffessional. He was extreamly helpful you could not meet a nicer person, no hard sales pitch he explained things precise and clear and put no pressure on me to purchase any additional extras. He could answer all my questions and had excellent product knowledge. He also throroughly explained the financing options and didn't rush me through the paperwork the whole process was very smooth and proffessional.
