Well laid out, got all I needed without having to ask. Checkout girl was quick and efficient. Funny how you can see a smile even from behind a mask!! Prices are probably not the best but it was a one stop shop before the new lockdown.

Cutting a long story short... firstly we where mis-informed regarding delivery and availability of stock so my Wife had to take another day off work to accept the delivery. When the products finally arrived the delivery drivers damaged our ceiling, accidents happen but 12 WEEKS later we are still waiting for compensation, apparently Wickes insurance company is happy to pay but they need to speak to someone in transport... SERIOUSLY how long can it possible take to contact someone in the SAME company...

We spent over 22k on a bathroom, an en-suite and a cloakroom with them. The stuff that arrived was fine but it was installed by the most appalling man in the most shoddy way and I’m essentially writing off the money and starting again. Wickes installer but they make it very clear that it’s between you and the installer once they have your money. Awful experience.

Very good covid safe shop, click and collect outside, store is big and airy with staff on hand to limit crowding. Check online if they have what you need so no wasted trips.

Plaster was out of date (and thus will go hard before you finish working with it). There was in date plaster in the stock room, but the staff refused to sell it.
