I've given this pharmacy a 5star but that's only up to Christmas sadly. Since then my medication seems to be a struggle. I know it's hard and busy times right now, but how is it the phone is engaged non stop.??anyone else having the same issue. And I'm shielding so unable to travel or I'd happily do so. Sorry to moan. Stay safe everybody.

I went to the clinic at Haddenham. The place is nicely decorated. The physician is very friendly and helpful. The job was done in a quick and painless manner.
Very informative and professional!! Recently I visited your Travel Clinic at Haddenham. The pharmacist who dealt with my travel queries was superb, very professional and thorough. The staff & pharmacists of JMW Vicary were welcoming and wonderful. I easily received my required vaccines and tablets for our upcoming safari trip. This clinic charges very competitive prices which I wasn’t expecting. Along with this, they advised me to choose appropriate travel backpacks, mosquito net, insect repellents and more for my trip.
Really helpful staff and fast service. As a company they are happy to go the extra mile. Looking to help where ever possible.
Unfortunately was more interested in arguing that my surgery sent the prescription elsewhere, than dispensing when gave new prescription. Surgery advised me that certainly sent to JMW Vicary. Enough going on without the need of having to deal with people having a go at me for something I had no real influence in. I was just doing as was told and passing on details as told. Left with no prescription and no medication! Joy!
