They take weeks upon weeks to reply to your email or they don’t bother at all. Have so many people working there too.. like what exactly do you do in that building. Incompetent and bloody useless.

Total incompetence when dealing with a school transport problem which led to my son missing 6 weeks of school due to a typing error on the form they sent me.I had to reapply and they took far too long to sort out the problem.
One of the most incompetent, toxic and morally dubious organisations I have ever had to deal with.
Understand the company based at Denham Green Nursery is DTR Investment Group (2019) Limited, this company is linked to a company called DTR Investments Inc. Miami Lakes, Florida, USA and has been prosecuted for timeshare fraud.
Myself and fellow residents in Tilehouse Lane Denham have complained to SBDC about Demita Horticultural Services and Scammell Groundworks based at Denham Green Nursery on five seperate occasions, these companies use our gardens as fly tips. We are constantly woken by the clanging of skips as they have started a skip and machinery hire business together with a waste management company. Building work has taken place of which i notice they have not applied for (Is the landlord aware of this) No planning permission record of a driveway entering and exiting the premises has been made. (Driveway constructed in 2003, the owner was a lovely lady and was caring for her husband who had suffered a stroke in 2002). I have raised this with the supposed tenants (Scammell family) but all they have is constant excuses. It is a danger for traffic coming under the railway bridge at Denham Green as lorries turning or exiting the premises are unsighted, no signage at all as to lorries and vans turning right or left into Denham Green Nursery. Each time i have called them i get a dismissive man telling me can i prove all this in a court of law, we have also tried to contact the landlord and they are unavailable and letters are returned. Can BCC please do something about these terrible companies. HM Land registry does not show the true owner of the property as the owner passed away in 2017 and we understand legally their were problems between her and the tenants. (HM Land Registry not updated). One resident from Tilehouse Lane was with her children and was driven at by a lorry and nearly knocked down and injured, another resident who is 78 years of age was threatened by an employee. A report of the property and its findings are available. The driveway is currently being investigated by The Highways Agency as to the danger to road users on the A412. I have written to Dominic Grieve MP regarding this matter as it is totally unacceptable.
Further to Jake Edwards review regarding the events at Denham Green Nursery, my friend lives at Station Cottages opposite and has been complaining about the traffic problem for over 8 months in and out of the Nursery. On one occasion she found a container with the name Scammell Group Ltd marked on it with toxic waste mentioned !!
