The rooftop restaurant is currently closed due to Covid19 restrictions, however it will be back once restrictions are ended. You're advised to book well in advance.! Although, if you just turn up, you'll sometimes get lucky..! Access is along a footpath situated approximately halfway along Martin Dalby Way. You will need to climb over the gate (ignore the private property signs), then it's roughly a 10 minute walk to the foot of the turbine. You then enter a lift that takes you most of the way to the restaurant, then it's a spiral staircase that takes you to the very top. This restaurant is one of Buckinghamshire's best kept secrets, with it's stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The menu options are outstanding, including a fashionable 'vegan' option. I had the Thai green curry, which was the dish of the day. It was simply outstanding!! Tom Kerridge was guest chef that day.

lovely roof top restaurant. the scones were delish. panoramic view ruined by a massive fan though.
Having visited the turbine upon Tom's review, I can confirm the quality of this idealistic family visiting centre. Great views. Not very windy.
Perfect wind turbine - Best of all is the pop up restaurant, held at the very top, every last Friday of the month. Wonderful views and great vegan menu. Do book well in advance.
it is a very nice wind turbine
