Naz was able to come and see us to look at our tumbler dryer the same day as we called. He gave our dryer a full service, and replaced a part on a second visit which solved our problem. Would definitely recommend and use again. Many thanks.
Came to fix the oven, thought it was the element which it was not. Came back and then figured out what was actaully wrong with it, came back to fix it with the wrong part. Eventually came back with the right part and charged for the element that was not the problem, when challenged was told that's just the way it is. So I've paid for a new part that was not broken and not needed to be changed. Try someone else Update. The owner messaged me to resolve the above and has covered the cost of the part we didn't need. Cant say fairer than that.
