Can I just say that you have been one of the nicest and easy to deal with Estate Agents i've ever used. I thank both Jo and Carol very much for all their help and hard work. The team were incredibly helpful whilst we were going through the letting process. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again, special shout outs to Carole and Jo who went the extra mile to accommodate us.

Deceitful management that only care about themselves and not their conduct. Went into their office in southend to complain and the woman said I was being aggressive. I wasnt being aggressive. She was just minimising me because she, like her organisation is incompetent by my experience.

Staff lovely but research isn't 100% for your needs. Show properties that are not for use which you specify. Apart from this highly popular firm.and very helpful and always keeping me updated which is important thanks guys and girls.
