I made initial contact by email to organise a power of Attorney. They obviously prefer verbal rather than written communication and I was a bit concerned as my Spanish is poor and the English spoken there is a little rusty. However, on arrival they were perfectly prepared for us and I believe that they went above and beyond my expectations (as I'd expect in a firm manned by women :-) ) and they thought through the procedure that we are embarking on and they added to the power of attorney to make it better than the draft we supplied. I was really impressed with the service, they are lovely friendly people and would recommend them to anyone.
