Axminster Hospital is one of 12 community hospitals in Eastern Devon. There are no medical inpatient beds at Axminster however there is a range of services provided which enable people to be cared for closer to home and in their own community. The services are mainly provided by the RD&E, Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust and a range of other providers including Devon Partnership Trust and Virgin Healthcare.
