This is the first time I have used Swallows, for many years used the excellent S&P autos in Devon whilst living there and now in Bath it's a long way to travel. Thrilled to have gone to Swallows, Tom and the team were very helpful with explaining what work is to be done, a treat to find enthusiasts to look after my Daimler. A loan car was a plus. Experienced a fantastic service at Swallows Jaguar. They replaced the engine in my 2016 XF R-Sport 2.0D. the price was great and workmanship top notch. Chris was fantastic at keeping me up-to-date with what was happening and provided some good advice. I would certainly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

I recently booked my jaguar s type r into swallow jaguar for a health check to find out if all was well for some performance upgrades. I was very impressed with the jaguar knowledge of everyone I spoke with at the garage and I really don't think there could be a better jaguar specialist garage in the south west! After all these guys are enthusiasts and also race jaguars. So after the check up I had a chat with Chris and he assured me everything was well with the STR apart from a worn suspension Bush. So from there I decided to go for the SR upper pulley upgrade, SR red remap and a performance air filter as well as getting the arden lowering springs I'd previously Brought fitted. On going to pick up the STR it was great to see the guys had also given her a clean! Its great to find a garage that actually care about customers and they're cars. Swallow understand that these cars are our pride and joy and I'd fully recommend swallows to any enthusiast. Right back to the STR... Basically with the SR modifications and the suspension upgrade.. The STR is so much better, not that the STR wasn't a great car before.. But now.. All I can say is wow! the remap and pulley really give a new feel to the car, its a lot more urgent at lower revs and there's knowhere near the lag I used to get before the supercharger goes into action. S tbh The cars really a bit of an animal now! And with the lowering springs fitted it feels some much better planted and gives a lot more feedback. Overall the work carried out has been worth every penny and I'd be more than happy to take my STR back to swallows for any further work required in the future! I really recommend the garage and the team there! And actually Ive just ordered the SR 200 cell sports cats for the STR, which are soon to be fabricated and fitted.. So I'm looking forward to seeing the team at swallow again and getting the cats on with a further tweek of the remap. Happy days!
