Winter, great station for skiing. Summer, as great for other mountain activities. It's calm and beautiful.
Kids loved the magic carpet and tow on their bikes. For the full mountain you need proper bikes and would say the greens are tougher than you'd expect
Decent ski resort with pistes for all levels of ability. If quiet slopes avoid both weekends and the French school holidays. The best snow is normally found over the back side of the resort (Campels), which also has lots of off piste options. When it busy runs down to the Mansedre lift (Font Frede, Bisorne, and Mansedre are normally emptiest.
Very old ski facilities and bad connections. Nearly no nice places to eat or drink on the pistes. Beautiful views
