My partner brought his car in to be fixed, they kept it there for 2 weeks not one bit of information was given about how the repair was going, had to chase! Then finding out they did nothing on face value to repair it and kept saying it needed a part which they say they couldn't find but we could! And turns out we don't need!!! and they let the battery die so we then had to pay for a tow truck to get it back home! Feeling ripped off, due to my partner being good natured he paid for what they had not done and left it without complaining. Will not be using again!!!! The car is now at a more appropriate garage being sorted with updates regularly!

I dropped my Jaguar XKR on the 10/1/20 it was for a service mot with a rattle from the engine, This turned out to be something that Andy had not come across It became a nightmare to try and sort the problem out not helped by the shut down, But after lots of hours by Andy and his team we seem to have cracked it, Even though there were some heated times between us Andy stuck to his word persevered when most would have give up, So anyone who can do what Andy and his team did and at lots of expense to themselves just to solve the problem and look after the customer deserves to be applauded.

Thoroughly recommended, first class service throughout. Solved my bearing issues using their vast knowledge of Jaguar cars. The icing on the cake was a telephone call advising my car was fixed and was being delivered back to me, and that the repairs had taken less time than expected and my bill was 100 less than the estimate! Dropped the owner a message with a concern I had with my XF, he asked me to come down whenever was convenient, which I did this morning. Could not ask for better customer service, genuinely one of the best garages I have used. AWJ will be the only people to touch my Jag going forward.
