Best sushi hands down. Service was amazing, Eric was so attentive and friendly. Homemade soy sauce OMG bottle that and sell it in stores!!! Great atmosphere and again amazing sushi. Just moved here and now I have my favorite place.

We moved from California 2 years ago and have tried many sushi places searching for something as good as our favorite spot in California. This place has a nice dining area and the staff was very friendly. We enjoy a lot of non-fried sushi rolls. This place was lacking in options with that. The food was decent but very heavy and seemed like almost everything was fried. Giving 3 stars for the great atmosphere and friendly staff but the food was just not that good.
So this review is solely based off of Valentine's day take out. There was a hour and a half wait (which we knew because of it being a holiday) However the waiy was the same on pickup. When our hour and a half was up we still were told 20 more minutes. Upon us going inside we saw that there was hardly anybody in there, which if that was the case why was our food taking so long? So once we got home and tried the items....WOWWWWW! It was all definitely worth the wait. It was so much food and worth the money. Every roll was bursting with flavor. We are definitely forever a customer and will be going back just not on holidays lol. Also just a tip because you all don't know who arer newcomers, it would be nice if on the take out boxes they could write what each roll is that we ordered so we know specifically what it is in the future,yes we looked at what we ordered. However it helps.
First, I'd like to say our waiter Jaime was very nice and helpful. We had tons of questions, and he answered every single one. In fact, the entire staff was nice. Especially considering we got there at 9:30pm and they close at 10 (Sunday). Fyi, the kitchen closes at 9:45. Anyway, there were so many different types of sushi! It was a bit overwhelming, but I was in heaven! I've always loved a good Vegas Roll, and this one was by far the best I've ever had. I'd also recommend the El Crabby. Those 2 are my favorites.
I really enjoyed the creative rolls! This place is very unique and unlike most traditional sushi restaurants. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that loves creativity and innovation! Thank you, El Tataki Sushi!
