We moved to Bristol last September and decided to register our 3 cats with Avon Lodge as we had read the overwhelmingly positive reviews, and we were definitely not disappointed. The whole team is incredibly professional, patient and kind, and we can tell they really care about the animals they treat. It's never easy having pets who are poorly but Avon Lodge makes the experience less stressful, even in times of Covid restrictions. I would 100% recommend!

It was an excellent service even no my dog is not keen on going to the vets so well done
Brought my dog Meg in yesterday as an emergency after she collapsed in the park. The service from vet Lucy, nurses and other staff was incredibly caring and responsive. Lucy phoned me several times during the day to update me on Meg's condition and was reassuring and sensitive on what was an incredibly traumatic day. Happily, Meg was much better and returned home in the evening after testing, scans and x-rays. Many thanks to all at Avon Lodge for taking care of her yesterday. We're so happy to have her home.
We've been using Avon Lodge Wells Rd for many years with all our animals from dogs to hamsters and they've always given amazing care and attention to them all. The team are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
