I had been to Jen's Bikram studio in Farmington and was delighted to see the new space. Slightly smaller studio but same friendly, knowledgeable, wise owner. It's slightly less regimented than other Bikram studios I've been too, but in a positive way (meditative music occasionally playing and some non-traditional cues). I love the cool lavender towels at the end of class. Great place!

Amazing studio and teachers. Clean, state of the art studio. Basically detox, stretch, strength, meditation, aromatherapy and sound lounge all in 90min. Literally life changing. The owner is not only an expert in her craft but also a hilarious and fantastic human. Do it.
Ignite is an excellent Bikram styled yoga experience. Not to be missed. The physical space of the new studio is state-of-the-art; a clean and modern aesthetic that is a great prep - and fitting reflection - for the ultimate interior work of serenity that follows a rigorous physical release. Like any coach worth his or her salt, the instructors here achieve a nice balance of precision coupled with the warmth of a supportive atmosphere. But don't just take my word for it. Go and try it for yourself! You'll be glad you did.
Ignite Bikram Yoga in Avon is amazing! The instructors are seasoned professionals in their craft. I leave every class feeling invigorated not mention the 7 lbs I lost over the past few weeks!! State of the art radiant heating vibrational sound therapy, and modern studio design make Ignite Bikram superior to all others I highly recommend this fantastic studio
This place is fabulous. The owner Jen Goldstein is amazing. She is absolutely kind and has pure talent. Started to take classes to loose weight and help me stay in shape. I have already lost 5 pounds! Cannot get this teaching anywhere else. These classes are an absolute amazing experience, with radiant heat and vibrational sound therapy. The new studio is gorgeous and clean. Includes large changing rooms, clean sanitary bathroom, and a open space studio. I always get a warm welcoming experience and feel comfortable taking class. Great prices and overall an amazing yoga studio!
