Good facilities, decent sausage rolls and cake selection. Plenty of open space to explore and quality educational material to look at and learn from. Couldn't find a bin to place rubbish though - possibly a Covid thing though.

Woodland and heathland walks and links to other country parks. Some signed and themed walks for families. There is a large play area, cafe and toilets. Pay car parking gets busy during weekends/school holidays. Popular with dog walkers as many of the walks are road free. If you are travelling its a great spot to stop for a picnic, cuppa and leg stretch.

First time I have visited. Great walks. Took my dog and she loved it. Takeaway was great. Coffee, ice cream and cakes. Lots of choice. Toilets lovely and clean. Only negative was no rubbish bins so had to take our rubbish home.

I used to visit this place when I was a child and loved it, now I'm taking my kids and they had an excellent time. great little park with some sight and sound adventures plus a good walking track that offers multiple different paths, routes and distances. There's quite a few picnic benches and some barbecue stations that need the grills, plus a good grass area that you can have a picnic on. There's a cafe and ice cream takeaway too. The car park is now done on car registration so makes it much easier than buying a ticket

Great place for walking the dog, loads of space and very safe. Many different tracks to take to vary and lengthen your walk. Take away coffee available.
