My husband, his mom and I enjoyed many walks along this path in Farmington. It's flat terrain allowed us a safe path and pace, while building endurance. Asphalt was well maintained and there is ample parking to enter the trail. I always felt safe as the path is typically utilized by residents for mostly walkers, an occasional runner or biker. Peak times tend to be lunch hours and after work for nearby business. I make it a practice not to walk alone in secluded areas; so grab a friend and get out for some fresh air, exercise and vitamin D while catching up on each other's lives, especially on those beautiful days in Spring and Fall.
