Went there on my own. Chose the Bridge menu - very fresh and balanced taste in dishes. Michelin price comes with Michelin environment and food quality.

Very nice palais menu, fine food with great service. The only complain it is that they asked if we want any changes in the menu and we renounced to the cheese plate. Instead we had a green salad with vinaigrette. Really disapointing for this lack of imagination.
We went down there this evening and we where not disappointed. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is there. And best of it all, an excellent sommelier who serves several of the best wines of the country for a reasonable pricing. I think, definitely recommendable for those who can afford it.
A gorgeous restaurant with high end French food; while not cheap, it is a rewarding experience both in terms of taste and amount from start to finish. I was especially impressed by the desserts, which tends to be the low note in most restaurants. In this one however, it was truly the grand finale!
I must say our dinner included many items I would never ordered on my own. Each dish was superbly presented and was delightful on the palate. The service staff couldn't have been nicer, eager to accommodate; something often missing in highly rated restaurants.
Great service and great wine choice. It was very hot when we were there at 7:30pm. It didn’t feel bearable with the heat until maybe 8:30pm. We are a group of four and all order the tomato menu. The presentation of the dishes were amazing and the experience is great. It’s very natural flavor of the dishes and very fresh ingredients! I enjoyed most of the dishes a lot but not so much the dessert and cheese plate. Honestly I’m not super thrilled about the ambience. The building itself is amazingly beautiful but the lighting is quite strange and food doesn’t look so tasty with this bright surgical light after like 9:30pm. Anyway quite a nice experience I’d recommend!
Getting the tomato I was wondering how far they could expand my taste for the wondrous fruit. Each course bolstered my expectations to a fever pitch until the crescendo of dessert, which reinstated France as the unchallenged king of culinary marvels and delights.
