Great staff, shame about the rude pharmacist. He telephoned me to say that they will no longer accept my stoma prescription. His manner was simply rude and unsympathetic. I accept their decision and the reasons for it, BUT it would have been nice if he had a more caring and compassionate attitude.

Never any problems. Staff are friendly and professional. Would recommend asking them for advice as they are very knowledgeable.
I don't understand why this place would get any negative reviews, never had a bad experience here and I've been using this pharmacy for years - very friendly staff and they always either have what I need or they can arrange for it to be delivered very quickly

We have a very sick little boy who needs his prescription, they said they couldn't get the prescription for 24 hours but would call me as soon as it was in. They found out this morning they couldn't get it but didn't think to let me know. My son went downhill this afternoon so my wife went up to see if she could get it, that's when they said they couldn't get it! Unbelievably poor service. We then had to go to another pharmacy who have to order it in too, now we are waiting 48 hours for treatment.
Fast service with a smile. This pharmacy is well stocked and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
