Brenda and jack were great. I’d struggled to find an item on my prescription, I called ahead to check stock and Brenda was really accommodating. When I arrived shortly after my item was ready and the service was great, a really personal and friendly service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Could not get medication for family member elsewhere (tried 4 pharmacies) - was recommended this pharmacy and it was available. Staff member had medication ready for me arriving with prescription. Many thanks!

My daughter went to collect her medicine from this chemist. They said that they have given it to another patient and had no more in stock. Sent her to the other Avenue Chemist in Dundas Street Sunderland to get it from them. They did not know why she had been sent there. They said she would have to pay for it again as they were having to take it out of their stock. She refused and eventually they gave her one bottle of medicine, and said she would have to come back and collect the other bottle. She asked if they could deliver and after another confab they decided that they could deliver it. They tried to deliver it to wrong address and when driver was told where she lived he said OK will deliver there. But no he didn't even try the correct address and took back to chemist. Daughter has now had to go and pick it up. No apology from anybody in the two chemists . Thus is an abismall customer service.
