Hostess seemed to be tired to answer visitor's questions. No Spanish. Perhaps good robots could answer the questions better and with more fun. Cars made the visit, they were wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. It was fast and simple. With most of rhe work being done online, you spend very little time there. Which is perfect for me because I hate being at dealership for anything longer than an hour. Anyway, they were professional and informative. I highly recommend them.
Wonderful, well informed, staff who seemed genuinely interested in the product they were selling. I was unable to sit in one of the cars due to Covid 19 but it was immediately suggested that I make an appointment for a test drive. Unfortunately the Tesla is beyond my affordability range but it certainly is an extremely cool looking car. 5 stars to Mr. Musk and his team in Aventura.

Very nice and well informed staff. I really enjoyed my test drive and the qouted price was pretty much what I want. Dominic Masuzzo was full of energy and passionate about his job, he went above and beyond to provide a realistic experience. I'm so impressed by the high quality cars and team. Highly recommended!
Had a great experience at this dealership. It hardly even feels like a dealership. The salespeople don't pressure you to buy and are absolutely genuine and courteous towards you. I had scheduled an appointment to test drive a model 3, but they had sold it earlier that day. However, they were able to rush deliver one to the dealership in time for my test drive!
We are interested in getting a tesla while we were shopping for homes with our realtor peter j ancona who recommended this place while we were on a break. We were impressed and might move forward with a new tesla after we purchase a property were looking into. 5 stars
I arrived to the Tesla store not knowing what to expect and let me tell you the Tesla X is a powerful vehicle that rides with style. Thanks to Matthew’s vast knowledge and professionalism I was able to traverse the uncharted territory of Tesla with confidence and ease. Before this I never even thought about riding in one, everything felt smooth the cruise control was astute and as the suicide doors opened so did my mind set, I will own this vehicle and I am so happy I experienced that with Tesla’s team in aventura mall. keep up the great work ladies and gents!
