No respect for customer's time. I called ahead to see if they had a gv80 in stock. They said they had 2 and to come down. I did and they had none. Then a woman said there was one parked outside. I walked around myself 20 minutes in the cold before she she came out and said it was parked there before.

Terrible experience. The GM needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. Inattentive, dishonest and sleezy. Dealerships like this one is what give the car industry a bad reputation.
