If you like cigars these are your people. They are incredible starting by the quality and price but most of all the attention to the customer is definitely the best part. I’m from Brazil and twice my shipment got stuck in Brazilian customs but cigar terminal team made my frustrating experience into a completely successful one. The support from Mary and Julian were always impeccable if you have any about buying from them you don’t have to think twice just go for it you won’t regret in anyway.
There are few things in life that can take away my stress level away: 1. My favorite woman 2. My favorite Scotch 3. Puffing on a nice Cuban cigar with 1 and 2 above. I'll take care of 1 and 2, and I'll let Julian and Cigar Terminal take care of 3. At first I tried out a small order, just to try out the service, and I was immediately sold. They are quick to respond, they ship immediately, and their prices are hard to beat. Oh yeah, I'll be back.
I have been customer for Cigar Terminal for about 2.5 years.. their cigars are authentic & fresh, prices reasonable, and shipment and customer service is second to none.. Ordered a box of cigars from Cigar Terminal online. They were very prompt in packing and shipping the product out. They were also very quick to respond to my emails when I had questions. The cigars are in my humidor as we speak getting ready to be enjoyed in a couple of weeks!
