I had such a lovely experience even though I visited during the pandemic. It felt really safe and Imogen took all the necessary precautions. I bought my dress here and recently collected it and would recommend her to everyone!

My fiancé visited here to try on some dresses. Staff were unhelpful with selecting dress styles, there was no separate room for changing or guests, so changing happened in full view of guests, shop assistant seemed to have no boundaries with where she put her hands and overall my fiancé came home crying from what should be a very fun and special experience. Would not recommend if you want a happy bride.
I had high hopes for visiting this store after a recommendation. However myself, my mum and my nan were nothing but disappointed. This was my first experience with dress shopping and so was very excited, however, Imogen seemed very disinterested. To begin with we were left to look through the dresses on our own, which was fine however it would have been nice to have her input as she knows the dresses, rather than walking off and leaving us. Once we had decided on the dresses, I then felt rushed in and out of the dresses with very little to no help getting in to them. Me my mum and nan were then left in the room to look at the dress on, I had questions about the dress which I had to Yell across to the woman sat in a different room, instead of coming and talking to us she began to yell back at us the answers, which would could not hear. She appeared disinterested and quite rude. After changing out of the dress, we then waited in the room for Imogen, who sat in the office on her computer, after aabout 10 - 15 mins we decided to show ourselves out. Overall, nice dresses, disinterested/poor services. Your wedding dress shopping should be a special experience you also pay a lot of money for the dress and so make sure your pick a shop that makes you feel special and gives you an amazing experience, unfortunately Ava louise is not that shop.
Great place to try in dresses. Made to feel calm and beautiful. Went with a different shop in the end but glad I came here.
