We had a lovely dinner and wine at Aux Crieurs de Vin. We started with a glass of champagne and then took a recommendation from the staff and had a nice white. Food was very good - we had house terrine and heritage tomatoes with ricotta ice cream for starters; andouillette and pork belly for mains. Would most definitely return. Our one suggestion is that in these covid times the restaurant could pay more attention to the distance between tables. When we arrived they were all at a good distance from one another. As more people arrived, additional stools were being put around the table behind us and by the time we left the there was only about 15cm of distance between one of us and someone on the other table.

It's pretty small, but loaded with wine. Nice place to buy a bottle for home, or sit down and enjoy a glass. Excellent selection and friendly service, worth a visit.
Well if you like great champagne and natural wine it is the place to be in Troyes!

Exceptional french gastronomy. You are in Troyes you must to discovery this restaurant for the the meal, wine and for its atmosphere.
so good experience of careful cooks that we went twice the same day ! local products, everything fresh, clearly a note of invention (without dramatic inappropriate mix like in many places) simply well done without excessive price and plenty of wine to choose from. The setting and decoration while bistro style chic is not the first argument but pleasant. Go for the plate first and book your table in advance.
