Very unhelpful. I walked in and politely asked if he could help me unbolt two bolts from a gym pull bar as I could not fit it in my luggage in one piece. I had one spanner and all I needed was another one to hold bolt in place. Bloke said that he is not able to help as his fitter using all the spanners at this time (he said that without even looking back and checking with fitter), and the spanners from shelf are not to be used as they are new and after he would place them on two of mine bolts they would be \second hand\. Ridiculous!
Ftiendly and knowledgeable and had all that I needed.
After loosing my wheel locking nut key I went there to find something what can help me to remove nuts but the owner was very helpful and told me how to do it without spending money. He saved me 50 quid as that was the quote for removing them in a local garage!
