My wife and I have had our cars serviced and MOT'd at Autocare for ten plus years. On the odd occasion we've needed their help to fix faults. Norman, Russell and the rest of the team have always been really helpful. They are always prompt and they always deliver. Always happy to pay for good service. Would recommend Autocare Canterbury to others without reservation. Our family have bought two cars from them over the years. Their prices are very fair and the quality of their work (MOTs etc) is excellent. Thanks for all your help.

Went there at the beggining of the pandemic, somewhere in April, my car needed rear brake pads and discs and they told me the callipers needed changing too, so they wanted to charge me 650 for it. I told them I was an essential worker - I was travelling a lot from house to house to set up my colleagues to work from home; mind you, they charged me 30 just for the quote itself!! Went to a different garage and they replaced the brake pads and discs for 120!! No callipers needed changing so you can understand my frustration! I would't recommend, they only seemed to make a quick buck! Proper procedures were followed, ie they used gloves and they used proper distancing and the man behind the desk seemed friendly and polite so not all bad, but I got the feeling they tried to scam me so I won't ever go back there :)

This business is a credit to true customer service and trust in this sector. My son is at university in canterbury 3 hours from our family home. He has his car at uni. His car broke down in the town centre. I spoke with Autocare and they helped him get the car recovered to Autocare. Upon arrival they looked over the vehicle and advised me what needed doing. Remember this is all over the phone as I'm 3 hours away. It wasn't as bad as we thought. They also advised some further work to keep the car roadworthy. The trust was built very fast talking to the great staff and they carried out the work. My son picked up the car 24 hours later! Again credit to a great local business putting the customer at the heart of what they do. A very satisfied customer. Mr Hart
