Bad company. Bullies over talk and cussed at me. Allen promised me free shipping on core return when I ordered. He did not come through on his promise. They also took 2 and a 1/2 months to do core return. Now they won’t honor their 180 day warranty. Stay away crookes. Good thing I used PayPal

Ordered the front propeller shaft for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. First one they sent was wrong, had to call and RE order the next one. BOTH WRONG parts!!! I ended up having to get the longer one cut, welded and balanced to get my vehicle home. THEN, I sent the first one back at my expense and have been waiting over two weeks from delivery with NO refund. I get sporadic replies to my emails with no answers about the refund, and will NEVER use these guys again. I warn all to shop elsewhere. No idea if I will even get a refund.
