Well my first impressions when driving in to the compound was not great to be perfectly honest. Its not your typical car show room. Myself and my partner was greeted by Nick who was very polite and patient. We knew what car we wanted before arriving, Nick allowed me to take the car on a test drive which was at least a 10 mile journey, He even made me go past the turning back to site on the way back which was a good sign that he was comfortable allowing us to drive the car for that amount of time. Nick was very professional and ran through everything about the car and gave us a fair price on our part exchange. My partner had never driven an automatic before and he could sense she was uncomfortable driving with him in the car so he allowed us to drive the car without him in it the second time to allow my partner to feel more comfortable with the new car. Very polite and welcoming with no hard sales tactics I would definitely recommend buying a car from Auto One Car Sales. I've had the car for about 2 months now and have had no issues. Nice bloke but he didn't mention that the Fiat 500 he sold my girlfriend had a dodgy exhaust. Ended up costing 300 to fix shortly after purchase

I recently.purchased a Vauxhall Mokka from Nic at Auto One Car Sales.....there was no pressure no hassle and I felt very comfortable making a purchase with him. He had good knowledge of the vehicle and I purchased it with a 12 months mot and a full service. I felt I paid a really good price for this vehicle and after about a week I felt the brake pads wearing so I rang Nic and with no problem at all Nic collected my car and dropped it back to me with new brake pads done and replaced....I would recommend him to anyone after my dealings with him and think that he is very fair and genuine to his customers... many thanks John Chew Wilmington Kent....
Absolutely perfect. Spoke to him on the phone a few times about the car and then arranged to meet him at 6pm in a Sunday to view the car. Could not find a fault with the car at all. So well prepared externally and inside looked like new. When you arrive at the gates it doesn’t look like you’re at the right place but down the lane and onto the site and it’s all well prepared and clean. Thanks so much and I will be telling everyone to look you up.
